Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Wildtrack Safaris driver/guide will meet you after baggage claim. You'll be transferred through the vibrant city of Nairobi to Wilson Airport approximately a 1-hour drivewhere you’ll catch a scenic 45-minute light aircraft flight north over Kenya’s Central Highlands to Lewa Downs.
Upon landing, a guide from Lewa Wilderness will greet you for a game drive transfer to the lodge (30 to 90 minutes depending on wildlife sightings along the way).

Start your day with a hearty breakfast followed by an early morning game drive across the vast Lewa Conservancy, known for its excellent rhino sightings and dramatic landscapes. Later in the day, enjoy a guided bush walk, learning about the smaller details of the ecosystem, or opt for a visit to a local community project supported by the conservancy. In the afternoon, head out for another game drive or perhaps a scenic horseback safari (optional). Wrap up the day with sundowners overlooking the valley and a candle-lit dinner back at camp.

Spend the day discovering more of Lewa’s diverse wildlife and breathtaking scenery. Today might include tracking big cats, visiting the Ngare Ndare Forest for a canopy walk (optional), or simply soaking in the sights and sounds from the comfort of your 4x4 vehicle. Lewa is especially known for its conservation success stories, so you may have the opportunity to learn more about their rhino protection efforts. After another full day in the wild, enjoy storytelling around the campfire and a restful night under the stars.

After a final morning safari or leisurely breakfast at the lodge, you’ll depart by road back to the airstrip for your scheduled flight to the Maasai Mara. The journey takes approximately 60–90 minutes by air, flying over the stunning Great Rift Valley. Upon arrival at the Naboisho airstrip, a guide from Naboisho Camp will greet you and drive you through the conservancy to your camp. Along the way, enjoy your first sightings of the abundant wildlife that makes this region so iconic. Settle into your tented suite and enjoy dinner under the African sky.

Wake up to the sounds of the savannah and head out for a sunrise game drive in the rich, wildlife-packed plains of Naboisho Conservancy. This area is known for its high concentration of big cats and excellent chances of seeing elephant, giraffe, hyena, and more. Return to camp for lunch and a bit of rest, then head out again for an afternoon safari, ending with sundowners at a scenic viewpoint. The day ends with a delicious dinner and perhaps a night game drive, which offers a different perspective on nocturnal life in the bush.

Today you can choose to spend a full day out in the bush with a picnic lunch, exploring deeper into the conservancy. Alternatively, you might wish to visit a nearby Maasai village for an authentic cultural experience, guided by local community members. The full-day game drive offers the opportunity to witness predator-prey interactions and vast herds of plains game, with few other vehicles around. Back at camp, unwind with a bush dinner or enjoy time around the campfire sharing stories of the day.

This morning, take part in a guided walking safari to connect with the land in a more intimate way—spotting tracks, birds, and learning about plants and insects. After brunch, enjoy time to relax or head out for one final afternoon game drive through the golden grasslands of Naboisho. Capture those last magical moments as the sun sets over the savannah before returning for your farewell dinner in camp.

After breakfast, you’ll be transferred to the airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi. As you soar above the Mara, you may spot the winding Mara River, scattered wildlife, and traditional Maasai bomas below. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, a driver will be waiting to take you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international flight, or into the city if you have additional plans before departure.
