Itinerary

Day 1NAIROBI TO OL PEJETA

  • Arrival and Afternoon Game Drive

    • Arrive at Ol Pejeta Conservancy either by road or air transfer from Nairobi.
    • Check in at Serena Sweet Waters
    • Enjoy a delicious lunch and relax for a bit.
    • In the afternoon, embark on your first game drive. Your guide will take you through the vast plains and woodland areas, introducing you to the incredible biodiversity of the conservancy.
    • Keep an eye out for the iconic African wildlife, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and more.
    • Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2FULL DAY SAFARI

  • Start early with a morning game drive when wildlife is most active. Witness the sunrise over the savannah as you search for predators on the hunt and other wildlife beginning their day.
  • Return to your lodge for a hearty breakfast.
  • Spend the mid-morning relaxing or engaging in optional activities such as guided nature walks or visiting the chimpanzee sanctuary.
  • After lunch, head out for another game drive, exploring different areas of the conservancy.
  • As the day ends, watch the sunset over the horizon, capturing stunning photographs of the African landscape.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at Serena Sweet Waters

Day 3BUSH WALK AND RHINO SANCTUARY VISIT

  • Start your day with a guided bush walk, accompanied by an experienced ranger. This allows you to explore the smaller details of the ecosystem and learn about tracking wildlife on foot.
  • Return to your lodge for breakfast.
  • Visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, home to rescued and orphaned chimpanzees. Learn about their conservation and rehabilitation efforts.
  • After lunch, visit the Northern White Rhino enclosure, where you can witness these majestic creatures up close and learn about the conservation efforts to save them from extinction.
  • Enjoy a leisurely afternoon or opt for additional activities such as bird watching or a visit to the Morani Information Center.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at your accommodation.

Day 4DEPARTURE

  • Enjoy a final morning game drive, giving you one last chance to spot any wildlife you may have missed.
  • Return to your lodge for breakfast and check-out formalities.
